About Us
With a combined 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, we are passionate about cocktails and spirits, as well as the experiences those beverages can create for bar guests and bartenders alike. We think beverage fluency is the way to transform the nature of hospitality from “work” into new, exciting opportunities for personal and financial growth. Together, we operated a high-end cocktail bar for five years and created events and programs for the James Beard Foundation’s Taste America initiative, Castle & Key, Rabbit Hole, and Kentucky Owl. We are both certified spirits specialists through the WSET.
